What is an Ecological Mystery?
In an ecological mystery the criminal or “bad guy” is causing an ecological problem by damaging the natural habitat—our woods, streams, meadows, and mountains. The main characters in the mystery are concerned about the harm the problem is causing to living things, and like smart detectives they follow clues to solve the ecological mystery and the problem.
